We are a multi award winning mechanical and electrical company based in Ledbury, and are looking for someone to join our helpdesk in the role of a Regional Facilities Service Co-ordinator.

​

Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00pm however hours could be flexible for the right candidate.

​

Roles and Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator:

· Responsible for all sites within your region.

· Logging breakdown callouts and planned maintenance visits.

· Deploying engineers and notifying customers of visits.

· Upkeep of in-house database as well as client databases.

· Assisting Manager with customer reports and resource planning.

· Ordering materials and ensuring jobs are progressed to completion.

· Answering telephone – assisting customers/engineers with enquiries.

Skills and Attributes of a Service Coordinator:

· Highly motivated and organised.

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

· Microsoft literate – Outlook, word, excel etc.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Ability to use own initiative.

· Able to follow a process.

Customer Service Coordinator Requirements:

· The job requires high attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, and resilience due to its fast-paced nature, with a tendency for last minute urgent requirements.

· You will provide an appropriate, calm, and timely response in these situations.

· You will have excellent MS Office skills, including the ability to analyse and present data using excel. Ideally you have had some experience of using CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
